West Winery
We’re a small North-Central Missouri craft winery located in downtown Macon, Missouri. The winery was started December 2007 by Chris & Jen West with the hopes that Macon County would enjoy a local winery. In 2009 the winery relocated to downtown Macon to an 1880’s building making West Winery the first urban winery that produces their own wine in the state.
In January of 2024 a new chapter in West Winery’s story began with the transfer of ownership to Ian Rice. Ian continues the tradition of West Winery’s core principals: wine should be fun, accessible, and pursued with passion now and in the years to come.
